What does HealthIntelligence show you?
Every number tells you where it came from: three layers, never mixed.
Calculated
Exact arithmetic and routine laboratory equations, such as non-HDL cholesterol, Friedewald LDL, CKD-EPI 2021 eGFR and estimated average glucose. Only when every input exists, always with the formula.
Simulated, on request
For values you do not have, a striped preview of ranges among similar people in a synthetic reference sample, so you can decide if measuring is worth it. Never your data.

Four independent locks
Mutual TLS 1.3, signed requests, your own revocable connection code and end-to-end encrypted responses between HealthVault and HealthIntelligence.
Mandatory two-step sign-in
Authenticator app, breached-password checks, single-use recovery codes and lockout after repeated failures.
Nothing kept
Health content is processed in memory only and dropped within 10 minutes. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts.
Hardened by default
Strict content security policy, sandboxed service, encrypted secrets and a regression suite run on every change.

Which languages can it read?
13 record languages and 8 app languages.
Swedish µkat/L, French g/L, German mg/dl, decimal commas and local date formats are understood as written. Moved between countries? Records from each are combined, and identical results in different units are recognised as the same value.

What is HealthIntelligence?
HealthIntelligence reads the health records you keep in HealthVault, shows every value exactly as it is written with its source and date, calculates a few routine laboratory values when all inputs exist, tells you what is missing, and prepares a report for your doctor. It never diagnoses.
Is HealthIntelligence a medical device?
No. It is a pilot service that explains your own documents. It does not diagnose, predict disease or recommend treatment. All 444 catalogued clinical risk models stay locked until each one has passed clinical, legal and country approval.
How does it get my records?
Only through HealthVault, after you press Connect HealthVault in your account and approve it there with your second factor. You choose which records, for how long (up to 90 days) and how many reads. You can end it here or in HealthVault at any time.
Do you store my health data?
No. Records are read from HealthVault when you run an analysis, processed in memory and dropped after at most 10 minutes or when you sign out. We store only your account, an encrypted connection code and optional profile answers.
What happens when data is missing?
You see exactly what is missing and how many analyses each value would complete. Nothing is filled in silently. If you want, you can open a clearly labelled simulated preview to judge whether collecting the value is worth it.
