HealthIntelligence reads the health records you keep in HealthVault, shows every value exactly as it is written with its source and date, calculates a few routine laboratory values when all inputs exist, tells you what is missing, and prepares a report for your doctor. It never diagnoses.

No. It is a pilot service that explains your own documents. It does not diagnose, predict disease or recommend treatment. All 444 catalogued clinical risk models stay locked until each one has passed clinical, legal and country approval.

Only through HealthVault, after you press Connect HealthVault in your account and approve it there with your second factor. You choose which records, for how long (up to 90 days) and how many reads. You can end it here or in HealthVault at any time.

No. Records are read from HealthVault when you run an analysis, processed in memory and dropped after at most 10 minutes or when you sign out. We store only your account, an encrypted connection code and optional profile answers.

You see exactly what is missing and how many analyses each value would complete. Nothing is filled in silently. If you want, you can open a clearly labelled simulated preview to judge whether collecting the value is worth it.

Ranges seen among people similar to you in a synthetic reference sample, for values you do not have. It is shown with a striped frame and the words "not your data", never appears in your doctor report and is never used as a measurement.

Laboratory reports in English, Swedish, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Czech, including local units such as µkat/L, mg/dL and g/L, decimal commas and local date formats. The app itself is available in eight languages.

No. Your records are parsed by deterministic code. No health content is sent to a language model, an analytics service or any third party.

A long passphrase checked against breached passwords, mandatory two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, single-use recovery codes, short sessions and automatic lockout after repeated failures.

Yes. The right to be forgotten is a button in your account, protected by three warnings and your authenticator code. It erases your account, profile, consents and security log at once and ends the connection inside HealthVault. Your records in HealthVault stay under your control there and have their own delete button.

No. Your data is never used to train any AI model and is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers, insurers or employers. Before each analysis you see exactly which records it would read, and nothing is read until you approve.
