What is the service?
HealthIntelligence is a pilot information service that organises and explains the contents of your own health records. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, predict or treat any condition, and does not replace a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

What are my responsibilities?
You must be at least 18 years old. Use only your own records or records you are legally allowed to manage. Keep your passphrase, authenticator and recovery codes safe. Check important values against the original documents and discuss them with a clinician.
How reliable are calculated values and simulated previews?
Calculated values follow published equations and are only as accurate as their inputs and validity conditions. Simulated previews come from a synthetic reference sample, are not your data and must not be used for any health decision.
What does it cost and how available is it?
The pilot costs 0 EUR: it is provided free of charge and as is, and the service is available online 24 hours a day. We may change or pause it to keep it safe, and we post changes to these terms at least 14 days before they apply. We will not use your data for anything other than providing the service.
Who is liable for decisions?
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
How may AI agents and automated tools use this site?
Agents may read and quote the public pages (home, how it works, security, simulated previews, HealthVault, languages, FAQ, press, privacy, terms) with a link to the source. Agents may help a person find the registration page, but they may not create accounts, sign in, complete two-step verification, connect a HealthVault code or read anyone's personal data. Those steps are reserved for the person themselves. Automated load must stay below one request per second. Machine-readable summary: llms.txt and the agent card.
